Two different packages are available within the scope of the applied modification. One or both of the packages can be used concurrently. Package A and Package B are the names given to these.
Package A: This is the option where the modification is particularly concentrated on the parts that the cotton touches. The machine that has been modified with this package maintains the same waste rate while lowering the thin, thick, and nep values by more than 20%. Within the same package, it is possible to work at the same quality level by reducing the waste rate by 1% to 1.5%. Here, the customer’s quality-cost preference is the factor that shapes the situation.
Package B: It is a machine modification package used specifically in the gearbox and drive units. Scan speed can be increased to 500nip/min after improvement.
